1200 GS bolt kits?

You can use stainless bolts on bike engines with no problems as long as you don't fit them dry. I use a nickel based paste which I've used on high temp areas on gas turbine engines.
My Neighbour is an aircraft engineer with BA. He gets me various specialist greases etc., I’ve loads of tubs of nickel paste :D and the best penetrating fluid I’ve ever used D0ECDDFF-89F3-48D8-8150-A8A4C42E5F4D.jpeg A5CBC741-17A8-480D-80A4-ADB1E25E856F.jpegBB653498-8B17-422D-8329-0B337A256942.jpegFB967D07-F0AA-4BDB-B63B-317D56D53ECA.jpeg

I get A2 stainless nuts& bolts from my local supplier, they have every 'standard' metric socket head and bolt heads in stock, and only charge a few £££ for small quantities, cash of course! Most are used on engine cases and other lightweight places, brake master cylinders, levers and so on. I always use nickel anti seize as stainless and aluminium alloys don't mix well...been restoring classic japanese bikes for many years without issue, its plenty strong enough for most vehicle applications, but if unsure just go for A4, with anti seize, will last forever :D
