Hi there,
I have a 1200 GSA, which I currently have fitted with a standard GS seat to lower the height a little, but to stop myself sliding forward I have it positioned tall setting at the front low at the back, which is better but still not ideal.

I would like to change to a sargent front seat, but am not sure if i should go for the standard or low hight option? I have an inside leg of about 31 1/2" and with the price of these seats would like to get it right 1st time.

Has any body got a standard or low sargent seat fitted to a 1200 GSA that wouldn't mind me sitting on it to try for size? preferably as close as possible to Toddington Bedfordshire. :thumb2

Regards Andy

i have the standard sargent seat + a 30" inside leg & it's about right. can't quite get both feet flat on the floor, but very manageable.

i even have it on the high position sometimes :)

you're welcome to a try, but i live some way from you in dorset.

I have the standard Sargent seat fitted to my 06 1200GSA.

It is in the 'High' position.

I have 32" inside leg and can, near enough, get both feet onto the ground but not quite flat, if you see what I mean.

The seat seemed to squish down a bit in the first thousand miles or so.

It is very comfortable and stops the pitching forward effect that seems to be a qualitity of the OE BuMW seat on the GS and GSA.
