hey up mate, have a good hol?:

Harry.
Yes, a great time thanks. Went from 80 degrees in Marrakesh to minus 25 windchill on top of the mountain we climbed. LOADS of snowfall.

Away to Scotland on bike next week too.
Fancy it ????????

would love to mate but work dictates otherwise!!!!!!!!

minus 25, guess you needed gloves then:eek

hey Ugg, fancy joining the new scunny section then if bradfords that bad:comfort? that would make 5 of us

growin daily

I'm planning on doing morrocco next year.

I didn't realise it got quite so cold, so anyone know where I could get my hands on a XXXS willy warmer?

RC mad,
you dont ride a Dakar in blue by any chance do ya? if so seen you few times om queensway heading Ashby way on??

yep, that'll be me. Complete with a twat jacket :D :blast

Get all over on the thing, during the week its usually along scotter bottom to foxhills estate and back.

Whatton, scunny isn't all that bad. Granted it's not the best but there's worse places out there, depends on where your working tho. For example i got back from london today, now there's a shite hole i wouldn't want to live in.

Probably best to get a hotel outside of sunny if possible. I hear scotter's nice :D Or there's the posh end of the market a forest pines.

And the best ice cream at blyton is the coffee choc chip :drool

Nikp.
Please note that that temp (-25)was at very high altitude in the Atlas mountains, and not at sea level.(although it did hailstone one day in Marrakesh, but was generally in the 70's in the city)

I'm looking into going with moto morrocco next feb possibly.

Hey up, can I join this new Scunny section :bounce1 I'm a yorkie living in exile doing voluntary work around these flat lands:thumb always up for a run out, I ride a blue 1200 GS with adventure bars fitted...this ice cream place sounds good, dont know were its is so could be worth a look see...directions please if poss........Oh I live in Goxhill just near Barrow.......

Stay lucky Ullygully..

Ullygully, I'm in the next village so if you want a run out sometime, I can take you to the Ice cream. I'm also a yorkie in exile ...30 years now. Is your handle a clue to your origins ?

Now then alby, yes you guessed right, the name Ullygully is what the called me when i escaped from Hull almost 10 years ago.....me and our lass had a bit of a ride around yesterday Grimsby to Willingham Woods then made our way across to Blyton stood in the big Q for a ice cream, very nice they were to, a bit cold standing around outside but never the less not a bad day.....

Whitch village do you live in?? one near me, or the one near the ice cream parlor?? either way I work shifts always up for a ride out mid week or the week ends.....

Stay lucky Ullygully..

I'm in East Halton, also working shifts so I'm good for weekday runs. PM me.:thumb2

Yes I'll give you a shout next time I have some time to have a blast out....got a few things on at the mo....off down to south Wales Friday to the Touratech weekend, also just putting my old CB750 back together just re built the engine, then I have a charity Lands end to John O'Groats to do on my Buell XB9R in early May, so that will have a good sorting after I finish the Honda, and in between I 'll have to work I supose, but will find time for a run out....

Stay lucky Ullgully.

Theres more of than we thought round these parts.
Maybe we ought to organise a meet up ???????????

FAO NickP

I wasnt on a motorcycle holiday this time, but a climbing trip.
Feb would be a good time to be honest. I would personally avoid summer, it would tooooooooo hot. (The temp was just right during the 2 weeks we were there)

Thanks for that Martin.

I reckon I'm going to book for Feb next year if there is any spaces left... like everyone else though I'm seeing how the current economic climate is playing out.
