12000 service and annual..7000...have i been shafted...

just had bike serviced by autec in prague...12k plus an annual, sorted out brakes that were totrally full of maountain crap..replaced broken front indicator and valeted the bike...all for the princely sum of 170 gbp! 7700 CZK ..so next time you need your bike servicing...and need an excuse to escape for a few days!!...go to prague! good service and biggest bmw dealership i have seen!

Have you got an address for them?
It would of been worth my while going for a short stay over there and having the bike serviced. Would still cost less than putting it in for my first 6k (£292 ) and I would have had a decent holiday doing it.

They changed a front tyre for me 3 years ago when I discovered cracking on the tread block edges. I took the wheel off myself, and I was then told they had to charge a minimum hours labour. I was a bit worried until I saw their rates......................£12 per hour. Sadly, I wasn't in town long enough to get them to do a full service.
