Is it possible to fit the factory 1200ADV luggage inc topbox on a 1200GS.

I'm reasonably confident the panniers will go on, but the top box?

Thanks for your help re this!

Steve

Mr Smales

I beleive the 1200ADV luggage is just rebranded TT stuff anyway.

I cannot see anything on the TT site that has rounded corners with the plastic bits on.

The 1200 GSA luggage is made by TT for BMW they are not allowed to sell it direct as it was BMW design sub contracted out to TT to Make so can only be bought from BMW  it will all fit on a std 1200GS with all the fittings I just bought the lot with my ADV and it came to about £1000 thats not including the std 1200ADV rear carrier which is allready fitted hope this helps :thumb

Phew just get some proper overland panniers from Metal Mule, standard items are hopeless :D :thumb

Three posts today within a few minutes of each other, all singing the praises of MM panniers.

You on commision?

Nope

My bike gets used, i ride it off road and like many others (who have other brands and wish they had MM's) really rate MM's. I have fallen off 5 times in the last month, the bike has no damage, the panniers take the stick and they are virtually unmarked. Oh and the Scorpion can sounds great !! Just giving credit where it's due :thumb
