1200GS Ignition problems

Hi there
I have just been fitting an Autocom and GPS unit this afternoon and my new 1200GS has starte running very rough. A friend of mine recently took his in for a service and his came out with the same rough running. Apparently there is a plug somewhere which cuts of the HT circuit somehow. When the service the bike they unplug it to prevent 'damage' and I guess I have dislodged the same - his went in to the dealer and they fixed it but didn't tell him where it was. Anybody have any ideas where the plug/connector is? Anyone any suggestions

Hi - Just thought I would leave a post to say I have fixed it. I just plugged and unplugged eveything I could find and it seems to have solved the problem. I am on a 250 mile ride tomorrow so I am hoping it will stay fixed!
