Just changed to 12 from 1150. On the 1150 had fitted Tobinators which removed virtually all buffeting.
On the '12 I'm back to wind noise/buffet.
Does the '12 take tobs?
I'm 6'4", hence the problem.

hey mate,

don't know about tobs but less buffeting with screen on lowest setting. i'm 6'6'

Yeah that makes sense. Wind evenly over upper chest? Can see that.
Ta, will try it.

Got to be summat better surely?

It is better but not perfect. I have tried an adventure screen and it was just the same and reading posts other aftermarket ones arnt much better. Guess that's the reason you see so many for sale. If you do get tobinator let me know what it's like.

Cheers

Fitted Tobs yesterday and tried in various positions......... did'nt notice a great difference:nenau

Seems like a screen that works for one person doesnt work for another so after reading plenty of posts I've concluded I'm just gonna have to spend some money to find out whether the TT windscreen spoiler is going to work for me (6 foot tall, 1200GSA).

I've just noticed that Wunderlich offer a similar product so I'm wondering whether anyone has experience allowing them to compare these 2 "competing" spoilers?

Thanks

TOTALLY RETRACT THIS POST!!!!!!!!
Played with them today and found a setting that removes buffeting. Still noisey so going to try the Givi AF330 with them. I'll let you know.

(helps if you read the f'n instructions before fitting. Could'nt understand it because I had them on the 1150 and did the business. Too embarrased to say what I did):D

Update

Just fitted a Givi AF330 screen, bought from a fellow tosser and ............
Bingo!!!!:beerjug:
What a difference. And that is without adjusting it. Straight on first go.
Happy Camper:thumb2
