Thanks, I'm one of those. Beats me why this didn't get posted here in the first place.

Anyway, the Triple Black is a very direct aim at Yamaha's lovely black Super Teneré. Compare these pics :





I can feel BMW worrying that some of its' sales are going elsewhere.
Don't forget the R1200GS is already some 6 years on the market (be it with facelift and DOHC change).
Finally competition kicks in - hooray !

It may be six years on the market but I have to say it still looks great and the triple black looks very well. I think they should have used a gunmetal where they still have chrome though.

I haven't seen a black Super Teneré until that pic an have to say it looks very nice also.

Are te doing a triple black Adventure model?

The Tenere was at the Cologne INTERMOT fair a couple of weeks ago. Really nice.
