1200GS vs KTM 990 Adv

It was a close thing for sure. That KTM is a seriously good bike and I'd certainly recommend it to anybody in the market for an adventure bike, unlike the Tiger and Ulysses.

It may of been a slightly different story if I were buying in a years time when the 1190 road biased version was available.

My secret plan is to buy a KTM as well.........just haven't declared anything to the wife yet

Thanks for this review. I was contemplating a KTM Adventure myself. My R12GS has been giving me soooooo many troubles that ANY comparison helps me out in deciding what bike to buy next, as it will defintely not be a BMW.
