Think your self lucky I ordered mine last March at the launch and had to wait till November for delivery, worth the wait though.

A word of advice if your 1200GS is on order - make sure you specify the heated grips NOW because, as I have found, this is NOT a 'bike you will want to lay up in winter ! And it is not an economical proposition to fit them afterwards I much regret !

I 'ad to wait six months for my 12GS after sellin' t'kids to poot down a deposit. Then walk around wi no shoes while waitin' and beggin t'dealer every twa weeks 'Is it 'ere yet?'
And you try tellin' that to folk today........

But (for something completely different) once you've got it you forget the torture of waiting - I've put 7k kms on mine in 3 months and can't keep of it. My missus has been casting the evil eye over it regularly as a rival for my affections......
