Folks,

Any recommendations for a bike cover to fit a new Adventure. Looking for an outdoor cover, tight wrap around the wheels, non-scratch, OK for a hot engine...

Cheers

Iain

Try a google search or search the forums for DB covers.

They have a good range of outdoor and indoor covers.

I've used one for my 1150 Adv for two years. Good quality, not bad prices and easy to use.

HG have a good outdoor use one, I've been using it for the last year. Red and blue, extra large fits the 1200 with panniers on. :)

I just bought one from Ebay for £4.99 + £9.00 p&p from Hong King!!!! It has a bungee underneath to secure and elasticated bits to wrap around the wheels, silver heat panels etc etc. I have yet to try it but TBH I think it would need raplacing every year as it's quite thin but I only use it during the winter in the garage when the bike is laid up.

A few years back I had one made to measure by a local sail makers in Aberdeen for £20.00 and it lasted years. That's the route I would take if I needed a heavy duty cover.

Mike,

Thanks for the DB suggestion. Will give them a ring tomorrow.

Cheers

Iain
