Guys,
Just a quick update.

Wifey is busy on a christmas lingerie order and is unlikely to be able to make a setof H&B bags this side of the holiday.

I'll keep the thread updated when she makes the first set.

In the meantime we have two sets of bags ready to go to fit the OEM crash bars. Likewise, I doubt she'll have chance to make anymore this side ofthe holiday when the two sets have gone.

She'll stock up again early new year.

Thank you :thumb

Hepco & Becker Bags

These have been developed with the very kind assistance of RobertG :clap

Currently have another development pair being sent out to stonehenge.

Based on the development work and feedback from RobertG I'm happy to start taking orders on them.

The wife can then start to cut out the material by which time we'll have stonehenge's second opinion.

Been quite a challenge to get the shape something like it and has created a few head scratching moments!

Price will be the same as the GSA OEM bags, £45 a pair with £2.50 for recorded postage.

Cheers guys :thumby:

This beta tester is happy to give the :thumb for these to go into full production. They are a really excellent piece of kit (and totally exclusive - I could find nobody else in the world making them for Hepco Becker bars).

The material is a superstrong and light weight (Cordura I think) material and wont hold water. The bag is a lovely size and in addition to making the bike look good, and being very practical, they also give a nice bit of extra knee protection from the wind. :clap

They are super well made. Very high quality stitching all rolled back and hidden. The opening is the whole way along the top with the zip and you could easily get a gloved had in.

The zip is hidden from view by a nice overlap of material and should make it less of a magnet for prying eyes walking by. The three straps hold it in place very solidly, so this is not something that would walk easily. The simple addition of a cable tie would make it a very permanent fixture.

Hi,

Any plans to make them for the SW Motech Upper crash Bars. I'm expecting a pair to arrive tomorrow. From the pics, they look very similar to the H&B bars.

Happy to use my bars for a template if you wish?
