1200gsa running lights problem

[JFC]

Wires came off right hand running light (snapped off at plug). Soldered back but no volts at pins or wire. Left hand unit works fine.

Need some help-

Are the lamps separately fed via there own canbus thingy?

Has the right hand canbus thingy gone fubar?

Where is it and can it be replaced / reset?

If you mean the auxilary headlamps its probably fused. There will be 2 x 7.5amp fuses under the beak on the R/Hside as you look from the front.

Common enough problem, happened to mine too.There is a replacement sub loom available Part # 61 12 7 699 826 WIRING HARNESS, AUXILIARY DRIVING LIGHT. Even though my bike was well out of warranty my local dealer did a good will change out.
