It is also , forgive me for saying , very unusual to strip racks and crashbars and horns from your bike …?
( no horn is an mot failure UK )

I fitted a Deneli sound bomb. The small one. A direct replacement. So, I've actually got 2 for sale. One from my 1250 & now 1 from my 1300

I took the crash bars off as I fitted aftermarket ones that provided more protection as I was using the bike for Rallymoto events in the Kielder, Wales & Thetford.

Lastly, I have swapped the racks a few times. I have Lone Rider paniers that needed the racks. I used them for camping and a tour. I also had Vario paniers & they went when I sold the bike. Hence I have the racks available. I still have the Lone Rider paniers & may buy a rack for the 1300 to use them on that. Hopefully, you can see I have genuine reasons for all the bits!???

I’ll have the modified pillion footrest hangers if they allow the standard BMW boxes to fit on a GS. To be clear I have removed the Vario panniers and fitted the aluminium boxes and the standard hangers don’t fit. Message me your payment details please.

My modified ones are copies that have the lugs for the Vario paniers cut off so that Lone Rider panniers would fit with the pannier racks. So, they should be OK for your BMW boxes.
