NO. YES afaik, and most parts will swap except anything engine related, like crach bars exhaust etc. Frame is exactly the same as 1200LC so most parts will fit.

Top boxes are a straight swap GS to GS. And a straight swap GSA to GSA.
But don't expect a Vario box to fit a GSA metal rack. And likewise don't expect an aluminium topbox to fit the GS plastic rack. Racks are interchangeable though.
