1250Gs OEM end can

Much has been said about the Akra,s etc being retro fitted to the new 1250Gs however, wondering what difference if any, it would be to put a 1250GS oem end can on a Euro 4 2017 GS, would be interesting as surely in the coming future these oem cans will start coming on the for sale section, and fleabay, will they run cooler, more hotter etc, fire away.

Spoke to AJ yesterday about fitting my 2018 Euro 4 Akra on my newly ordered 1250 and they said they were completely interchangeable in both directions. My 2018 Akra has the baffle retaining screws welded in. Was told the OEM cans are exactly the same for both the 1200 and 1250.

About a trailer ride to the Polizei station, and bike impounded if you do not have the baffles with you, and if you do a hefty fine anyway.................. otherwise, about 500 to 600 euro is the going price, if in good nick.

I have a totally mint one that I might sell, is boxed and comes with baffles (never been removed) and carbon heat shield, I was going to fit it to a 1250 however I want some discount for a cash purchased and it ain't happening so stuff em.
