Having washed my bike this afternoon ready for its MOT tomorrow morning, I went for a quick ride to fill the bike with fuel. Whilst at the lights, I have noticed that one side of my DRL is dimmed compared to the other side being on full brightness. Sent a message to our Whatsapp group of lads, and One said it has been like it since last year, I have never noticed it before.
When I turn kill switch on then both DRL sides do stat in dimmed mode.
I have now programmed foe tthe headlight to stay on at all times, this way both DRL sides stay dimmed.
Long term however, I’d like to have this fixed. As I wouldn’t want to burnout the main headlamp diodes due to excessive use/heat.
Has anybody had something like this happen and can this be fixed?
