Anyone got brake problems?

I can pull the front brake back to the bars, but then on a ride it firms up a bit, and also gets a bit better by zip tying the to the bars overnight.
Lots of travel in the rear brake too, and it really needs both brakes to lose speed quickly.

Can't say I've ever noticed it online, having owned it fo rover 6 years and covering over 25.5k miles in this time.

Perhaps you need brake fluid renewing properly? Any system leaks anywhere, air ingress?

Have you bled the brakes recently?
The reason for asking, is that I had a problem like this on my old SA~T after a fluid change by the dealer. The problem was that they did not bleed all 3 points on the front brakes. They did both calipers, but not the top bleed point at the master cylinder. This solved the problem in seconds

I haven’t bled the brakes, so maybe it’s fluid. It’s a 2021 bike, and I think the fluid has only been changed once.

Point noted about the 3 bleed points!
Does the ABS need bleeding or is it part of the same circuit?

For the money it cost to do, change fluid yearly, My dealer does it every year on my 1290. Or do it your self, if you have the kit, capability, etc.

My 1190 always needs doing there after a fluid change. Don't know why, no other bike I've ever owned has even had a bleed screw there.

I have got some kit but in general I’m crap at bleeding brakes. Never seems to go right, so I will book it in, I think.

Be sure to drag your feet along the road on your way in to the stealers.
