12GS NWS hugger pics!!!

Hi Chaps,

I've just seen the N-W-S offering and have cancelled my order with them. I don't feel that it offers sufficient protection nor does it look anything like in tune with the bike.

So I'll be signing up for one of Chris's.

The NWS one looks AWFUL, does not look very protective either.
Thats another vote for BMWconcepts. My order is in.

Can we still have 10% discount Dutch ?:)

.....you'd never believe the levels of support we've enjoyed throughout this project, which at one time was in severe danger of being stillborn.

Sincere thanks to those who had the patience to wait and to the many who have placed themselves on the waiting list today.

Just to concentrate minds a little more, we currently have capacity to manufacture 40 huggers & 20 front fenders a month.

As stated previously we already have enough orders to take up two months production.

If we receive another 20 or so orders by Monday AM, we will seriously consider investing in at least one more hugger mould.

This will have the effect of (a) shortening the wait for new customers and (b) hasten the fulfilment of outstanding orders.

I'll leave that thought with you.....

I'm not in the market for a hugger. Nevertheless, interesting turn of events. Real gentlemen like ... :nono

Now I have seen the pictures of the MKII hugger and looking at the competition,
I am glad I decided to give MC a chance to come up with the replacement.

Now the guys who went out and bought the alternative huggers,
are probably wishing they had just held off for a couple of months

Sadly it looks like NWS have fallen flat on their face with this hugger design :( I`ve no connection with them but feel disappointed with the look as their other products IMO are excellent. I did put off ordering one until I saw one in the pics & would like to give it a chance & see one in the flesh.

Congratulations to Dutch for a well timed & successful hijack to this thread :beerjug: Your hugger is now in the realms of IMO affordable & by the looks of it is an excellent & well designed piece of kit. No excuse now for pics of a dirty bike!

I couldn't possibly comment on competitors products......

A lot of people, including us, were waiting to see what the competitors brought out and as potential customers we're as disappointed as anyone else that established players have quite simply dropped the ball with this product.

Apologies for the hijack.......purely intentional, you'll understand..... :D
