It looks like BMW were a bit too smart and the video is only streamed and never downloaded to your machine... so getting a copy on to your iPod is beyond my very limited expertise

You could always try emailing BMW - it is Christmas and all that

I reckon the BM dealers will be getting copies to show in their showrooms. Wether they think its good publicity to let you have a copy is anyones guess.

Great video!.... You could if you didnt have to pay for any damage and the bikes not yours .............. Its amazing how much better you can ride with no worries.

Whats so special about his riding? He's mostly on unmetalled roads/tracks.

I have seen an app (not recently) that lets you save streamed content, if I can refind it I will post a link.

cool, cheers guys will check that web page out and have a go. I think the video captures the imagination rather than shows off the bike; an area the GS has always excelled in in my opinion!!!!!!

Well managed to record it into wmv format onto the pc, will drop it onto iPod when i get home. Then i can have my GSA fix whenever i want, sad i know but help is on it's way, should arrive last week in February!!!!!!

Glad you sorted it, did you have problems saving it as a single file, as I believe the stream jumps across two different servers mid-movie?

Got it on there no problems, looks good on iPod screen. I played the video, paused it, right clicked and selected properties. Copied the url address into WMRecorder and bob's your uncle! Far easier than i was expecting.
