12k service

With the assistance of a knowledgable neighbour, I'm going to attempt my own 12k service on my 2001 1150 GS.
I'm going to get one of these off of Ebay "BMW R1100 R1150 R / S / GS WORKSHOP SERVICE MANUAL CD", is it any good or would a Haynes manual be a better option.
Also would any one mind listing exactly what oil/parts I need to complete the service, and where can I order it all online.

Hi mate,

I was reading a post a few days ago about the user manuals being available from this site for free (pdfs). Maybe do a search for "manual" and you should find what you are looking for. If not someone else should be able to help you and save you the hassle of using ebay etc.
