12v power socket adapter

Hi - my GSA has the smaller 12v sockets fitted and I would like to run my normal GPS which has a large charger head - can you buy a converter to fit into the small sockets that will take a large connection?

The 'small' socket is called a powerlet socket.
Do a search - there are a few around.
