I have a late 2024 GSA and when you press the power on button the TFT will not even come on and there is a feint buzz noise
The lithium battery is fine (kept on optimate and over 13V)
The key has a good battery and the red light on the TFT flashes to indicate it is recognised in range

As it is an ASA automatic bike you cannot take it out of park so the gearbox is locked and also the handlebar lock will not release.

BMW callout came and could not sort it so bike is being recovered today to BMW Ocean Falmouth which will be fun loading it with locked rear wheel and steering!!

Anyone had this problem....I have seen issues with starter relay (faulty with buzzing noise?) and/or switch gear.

It has only been carefully washed once.....

My mate had a problem which sounds very similar on his 2 day old GSA. He'd stopped for a coffee, came back out, nothing in the same way you have, he disconnected the battery for 5 mins, once reconnected it was fine and all worked properly. He rode to BMW who checked and replaced parts, not sure what but it has been perfect since.

Good anti theft system. So the only way to take it away is dragging it to a van. Minimum 3 people.

The callout engineer disconnected the battery and still no joy :cautious:
I will see what they say when it gets to BMW but I suspect starter relay problem

Recovery company put a skate under the rear wheel they said but then its on hard lock so will be fun to watch....I am not touching it !

Sounds like You Tube material :D. Dealer was moaning that people on test ride leave the bike in drive:D.

You ought to name your bike The Gimp.

The Gimps sleepin'

Well I guess you'll just have to wake him up now won't you :D

Good luck with it.
