Yes, and will likely be even better in the flesh given my recent 1300gsa pics vs reality experience. Recent years’ BMW bikes all look better in the flesh for some reason

nothing will ever be worse than the trusty square headlamp 1100RT, or its ST cousin, with the 2014 1200 a possible high watermark in looks at least.

I quite like the 1250RT. I'd have one of those or a 1200 twin cam. Video above looks better than the OP photo, but price for LE equivalent spec 1300 will no doubt be too high for my budget whilst 1250's are now affordable and really wonderful, comfortable tourers. Base model suspension on 1250 leaves something to be desired compared with ESA spec'd bike. I'll be hunting down a 1250 LE as my next purchase I think.

I have the early R1250RT and love it. Its a real mile mucher with good LCOG

The new one looks awful. The current 1250 is a lovely looking bike.
There have been no photos of the new one yet, only spy shots and AI images. I suspect it won't be that bad when it appears next April

PS. It’ll never look as good as a Goldwing tour anyway.
