Again a great bunch of instructors and the REME boys are excellent, always there to help and always a cheery face when you need it.
Much appreciated their help today and it was well worth doing again, I could see how much I've learned from last year and acheived some pretty cool things there this year...
stil much to learn, but thats life.

My top-tip... if you are taking a Camelbak, take lots of extra water... I drained most of mine in the first two sessions

know what you mean about the roots and stumps, I kept getting caught out at two places - hadn't noticed the stumps until one of the instructors pointed them out and then I kept aiming for them
