18k service on a GSA

I've just had the 18k service done on my 06 GSA and apart from the tyres being down to 2mm there was nothing wrong with it. Who can I complain to?

Ha - you got away lightly - my rear pads were 50% worn!!!

I changed the rear pads myself about 4000 miles ago and I replaced a blown dip beam bulb last week. I've not been fully honest with you all have I?
