Oh Great and Wise Deity, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change

Lovely car 👍. I had one that colour in my youth, certainly wasn't that price !!

When first met my wife she had one of these with a full length factory fitter webasto sunroof. It was IIRC a 1972 2002 auto coupe in Green, similar to BRG. Lovely thing to drive, but she did have a lot of issues with it. I think she was on first name terms with all the AA guys in Liverpool.

Wonderful (There's one the same colour on Car and Classic...£32k !)

Stunning motor, dream car of mine back in the day, and easy to see where the money has been wisely spent.
Someone is going to get a lovely BM when that goes.

Beautiful. I do notice how much more window depth one gets in these old cars. My old Golf is the same. Maybe, just maybe we looked out of them more whilst driving. GLWS.

I will never forget my experience as a teenager of being driven almost flat out in a friend's dad's 2002 Tii down the Autobahn towards Munich. That has an early Kugelfischer mechanically fuel-injected engine. Next time it was in a BMW 2800.

I always wanted a 2002Tii but bought a Frazer Nash BMW 2000 instead. Plan was to road rally it but the rules changed and the twin Weber IDF's it had were banned so I sold it on.
I've never seen another one.
