1990 R 100 GS

I like the German flag scheme upfront…schwarz - rot- gold…. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
Great clean, well done. Looks very nice indeed.

Lowering pegs are available from SWT and QTech (both in Germany) , Migsel and others. Do a search on here (can of worms...). You can also use pegs from the r1200gs (pre 2012)
I have one set made by SW Motech (listed for the r1200gs) and can be adjusted for height and come with removable rubber insertss. Good for road use. I also have a set on another bike that came from QTech and are designed more for offroad use. They offer quite a variety:

Pegs look standard from what I can see.
Gletter for one do lower pegs …..I have them on my st/gs hybrid, and find them perfect for me.

PS: bike is looking good.

Hmm, quick google search and using the link off an old post on here suggested they are no more... thanks anyway!

Well it’s a whole lot cleaner now! I need to finish the wheels, but I’m waiting for the skin to re grow on the tips of them before I carry on….🤨

Went for a ride today, like it. The pegs are slightly high, I was wondering if the incorrect ones had been fitted?

Might take a ride to Poole Quay tomorrow…
They are standard pegs. My advice is to ride it for a month then look for options if you can't get used to them.

Great advice thanks. I am comparing to the Himalayan, which I can ride off road no problem. The amount of light off roading this will do is not worth talking about really, but I tried it and these pegs, for me anyway, would make any stand up ride impossible. Ill see how it goes, may go to Poole later...
