At last I got myself a R100GSPD (will post pics later). First little niggle is the digital clock! It seemed to be working perfectly when I brought it back from England but when I tried to reset it to the right time after having disconnected the battery it began a strange countdown mode I have removed the clock and taken of the back to check if there's a back up battery but could find none. When I refitted the unit it now only displays a broken zero mode! Any ideas what's wrong here? This clock was only an option on the PD so a lot may not have it! It does get a mention in the Clymer manual but is removal and installation instructions only! Thanks in advance

Clearly it doesn't want to leave this country..

I have one fitted to mine. It simply powers off the battery and needs resetting when the power comes back on again so no back up battery. Have you pressed one of the buttons in too far and got it stuck under the plastic cover?

it's only this sort of thing so you should be able to replace the inards easily enough http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-Blue-...2238237?pt=UK_Alarmclocks&hash=item43b78c5d1d

Thanks Rob! Will take it apart again and look at the buttons! It's back counting from 1 to 59 then back to zero! Odd. Thanks for the reply

I've just gone out and dismantled the clock and tho and behold not only had I jammed one button down under the cover but rather both! Clock mended at exactly 21:33 thanks to Rob! Thank you Sir!
