Mmmnn, very tempted....already have the GPX loaded into Calimoto. Gonna be hard to avoid taking part I reckon 
Are heading East or West? Where you planning your overnight? Just looking for ideas from Cork start also.
Hi eire1400 haven't booked any where yet but most likely somewhere around the kiltullagh point. Going to head in the general direction of clon kilarney mallow foynes daly cross and kiltullagh.
Doesn't look like I'll make it as I will be travelling to the UK for some bike shopping

980Km - no rain - great weekend of motorcycling - well done to the organisers.
I need to check my tracklog but I should have about 940km & we had some drizzle around PortStewart this morning

I just started a new job and I "should " have been off
BUT a last minute rush to push some new software left me travelling Along the Bus route yesterday updating Halt locations

Great weekend of biking. Rode some great roads that I've never been on. Nice to bump into other son the rally at various stops.
Just shy of 600 miles and lesson for next time is that these things always take longer that you first think

Well the last of the stickers, badges and t-shirts were sent out last weekend. We're already ramping up for next years National Rally.Great weekend of biking. Rode some great roads that I've never been on. Nice to bump into other son the rally at various stops.

you mean this guy?The former member of this forum known as "Daithi", praise be his name, is running the 1st Annual Irish National Motorcycle Rally on the weekend of August 31st / September 1st in aid of Motorcycling Ireland
It's a non-competitive event & you select the points you want to visit & the order you wish to do them in. You can travel alone or with the rest of your club/friends.
Anyone signed up will be sent a GPX file of 24 waypoints around the island of Ireland well in advance of the weekend. You must visit 12 points across the 2 days & obtain a time & date stamped receipt for any purchase (fuel, food, coffee, etc). A photo of these along with your club membership card & Participation Pass, sent to [email protected] after the event will earn you a Finishers certificate, t-shirt & stickers commemorating this momentous event

The National Rally went well and I'm updating the website for the 2nd National Rally for the 23rd and 24th of August 2025.
The Teeshirts, badge and stickers went down well, so this coming year it'll be something similar............. only better.
