12 GSA needed the throttles balancing so I emailed ABW - "Bring it round we'll do it on the spot" ( even offered to stay open late to do it ).
Pulled in and parked up. Johnno walks round the bike and fettles a couple of bits F.O.C. - He comes across as knowledgeable and experienced.
It is really important for me how a business interacts with its customer. A.B.W. got it spot on. I told him I'd done valves, end float, plugs, oil and filters. "When were the throttles last balanced?" ( about 20k miles back ).
He puts her on the ramp and gets straight on with the job no questions. He points out the imbalance on the digital, meter and the perfect synchronised readings when he'd finished.
Great service and refreshingly proffessional.
The bike is running perfect.
I do just wonder what he said to the guy's in the shop as I pulled up outside though?
