So did the pads this morning and spaced out the rear mudguard. Out for a test run, feels more offroad than on but maybe the nobblies making it feel like that, called into local dealer and noticed some black stuff on the exhaust :blast another few seconds and my new trousers would have melted through
So Scorpion off and standard can on. Scorpion is a bit noisy for offroad.
Need a few more runs. Got to do some research into adjusting the rear brake :nenau

Here's my bodge for the Scorpion exhaust :thumb

Two U clamps (54mm i think) and the old head shield of the original tail pipe.

Cheers mark, i will look into that.
Rear brake pedal is too high and too close to the crankcase, if i hit summat and it bends it will go through the case. All the nut does is adjust the gap between the operating rod and the hydraulic piston. The clip does not seem to come out to spin the end to raise and lower the pedal height.

Apparently its a cam system on the rear brake lever not the usual split pin and turn job, will try it tonight
