I know my left ones shagged. Don't know what to do buy the hole york second hand or replace the bush. Think I'd want to change both at the same time tho while it's in bits

There used to be a fix / bodge call it what you will on captive rubber bushes like that,

basically you pushed a mastic gun with a very small nozzle into the cracks and injected polyurethane into the cracks / splits

or you can make your own poly bushes
