Have you replaced with OE parts or pattern?

They may need a simple press and lubrication to pop them in

you may be able to do it with bolt an two large washers, ( if in situ)

Other wise on a bench with a vice and some sleek plates

Yep,genuin parts only. Pulled through with a bush tool.must be catching the centre and pulling it inside itself and not fully getting the outer edge. I'll get another and see whats gone wrong with the old one

If you pressed it or pulled it in using the centre bush that would be the reason they are buggered again.
When you fit the replacements you need to remove the top rubber boot so you can press them in on the outer part of the bearing, using a bespoke press tool or a thin walled socket,
Once pressed in the boot can then be refitted.
