NPO are the organizers of two well known rallies in Northern Africa, the Optic2000 Tunisia and the Orpi Maroc races.
Both are open to amateurs, and are a hell of a less expensive than the Dakar. The same Dakar stars can be found here...
NPO also offer a VIP package. Fly to Paris/Marseilles and then they transport you to the race for the last 3 days. Sleep in the bivouac, eat with the stars !!!! All in packages.
Both races are considered the training grounds for those that want to ride the Dakar !!
