Hello tossers

First - My clock is an hour out, according to the book, ignition on, clock showing then press in the black knob until it starts to flash. My one wont go to the flashing bit? The knob / button does work as it readily scrolls through the trips etc

any idea?

Second - Had it serviced by top man motoscot prior to the 'service' message coming on. Its now on, is there an easy reset? or do I have to take her in (and what will that cost me??)

any help appreciated. TA :D

service light resetting need to be done via plugging in. Either at dealer or with an aftermarket gizmo that I cant remember the name of right now :blast

You have to press the trip button and hold it until the clock flashes. Mine takes about 3 seconds before it flashes.

It depends if you've got the computer or not. No computer use the trip button and if you have the computer hold down the display change button.

If the answer is that your bike has the computer; please return the keys to your nearest dealer and change your bike for the 1150 version. You may have just presented yourself as the typical stereotyped 1200 owner ............. only kidding. :D:D:D

cheers chaps, clock wont flash so fk knows tbh. Service thing I'll leave on till next time, doesnt bother me tbh

wonder what the hex thingy costs?

Doesn't need a main dealer to reset the service light.
A new date/mileage can be entered when it's serviced using a GS911 diagnostic/service computer.

Hold down the Info button on left hand bar with ignition on, then the hours will flash and scroll through using the info button, hold it down again to change to minutes. Sorted. Why didn't you just text me?
