Good day for riding, but all the motorists thought the same. Some roads too congested to our liking. 9 bikes departed from Boxhill including a 950KTM who left very early?? Couldn't keep up?

Hector and Billy-Joe. We're not sure where this pub was since we've went off the route a little. (Planned detour)

Billy's 1100gs with adv seat & tail. All he could save from his burnt-out adv. Shame. Looks good on the 1100 though. Billy, you check the trhread for some guy who fitted a 1150 beak onto his 1100, that'll complete the picture nicely.

Mrs Candyman (Nicki) joined us on her Fazer 600. Good fun, hope you've defrosted by now. In the background ChrisK and Stigler.

And finally, the cheapest GPS system on the market: :D
£2 worth of scrap aluminium attached to bars with 3 tool clips. Built-in: get- lost-and-have-fun-finding-your-way-home-function unique to this model. Note the rider personalized font type - also not available on other GPS models. Orders taken now, but hurry, they're going fast ;)

Clock shows 117miles back to my place in Guildford. Trip was 103miles.

Candyman and Mrs Candyman have now defrosted after a cup of coffee. Look forward to doing it again when it is warmer :D
Thanks dude :thumb

Yep.... Looks like it was a nice ride, I only finished my bits by 14.30 today, did 400miles between Friday and 11am today in the car, so the ride just did not make it onto the schedule.
Next time dudes.

Certainly! I am curious to inspect some fords and lanes with the prospect of organising a ride based on first-hand experience. Maybe next ride earlier start and more quiet roads? if possible.
watch the ride-out section!

RIDE OUT

Thanks for organising the ride out, I was on the KTM but it unfortunately developed a bit of a problem.
It doesn't seem to operate too well at low speeds
