They are very far from cheap. I treated myself to a set when I picked up my 1250 and have to say they are worth it. When connected to an EzCan the functionality is great and they pretty much turn darkness into daytime when riding at night. Oh. and they look cool too.

Yeah, I get that. I had a pair of PIAA driving lights fitted to my GS back in 2003. They were about £120...deep intake of breath for me at the time but wow, they made riding at night way easier/better. (I reckon that at a push, I'd stump up c £350 for a set of lights, could never justify well north of £500...but others obviously see the overall value. )

Really are great lights. Going to be stripping mine off my 1250 and selling soon.

Will 100% put another pair on the next bike in a few years

The standard BMW LED lights are £700 retro fitted. Considering the functionality of these lights, I prefer these. I am undecided yet.

I looked at these before but ruled them out due to the cost however since changing my bike luckily it came with a pair fitted. The difference really is amazing as the power output and visibility on main beam is something else! Would I pay so much for them if I bought them Hard one as its a case of if you want them it costs this much and nothing comes closes without paying around the same .
