It has always been kept trickle charged, and about 6 weeks ago I started it on the button and took it for an MOT..The rear tyre was border line (advisory) not a failure, but Ray being Ray told me to replace the tyre wanting to pass the bike on in good order.

It is a good bike not a minter, but well loved and looked after, used for local social riding only, and ready to continue to give many years of service.

It has 56,000 miles garage kept and wear consistent with its age, but no winter use, or accident damage..👌

It appears to have a non standard comfort seat, which from my riding would say it’s standard height, and very comfortable.

Panniers and a tank bag, and a larger extra screen…He is looking for £2,500.

Please contact me first with any enquiries via PM.

*Just a mention here he also has a Blackbird that he’s owned from new, a 750 VFR and a beautiful mint Yamaha TRX..

Yes, Ray would do anything for you, a gentleman, and I’ve just sold the TRX to a member today..👍

The Blackbird I mentioned appears to have a slight brake issue, it’s been removed to Synchronized Motorcycles today who have diagnosed that it’s the linked braking system, which will be sorted prior to sale, the cost will not added to the price, that’s typical of him..

The VFR is a tidy bike on an N regn 95/96 and I’m told it was put on the back burner several years ago needing new fork seals..I’ve had to move a sidecar outfit to get close, so not the best photos but enough to gauge interest, the bike starts and sounds okay..👌

Asking £1,500..

They're decent looking bikes and the mandarin GS has more extras the more you look. It even has the unobtanium side panels! Good luck with helping out and selling some of these bikes...:)

Now gspod has awakened this thread, can I ask did the Blackbird's "slight brake issue" get sorted by Synchronised Motorcycles? 🤔
