Claims assessor just called me. Valued the bike at £4,500. the bike to buy back is £1,750
God, I'm not sure what to do?
he commented that the number plate alignment to the rear of the bike looks skewed, and said it might be the sub frame, and that the shaft drive assy. might be fucked.
I have lots of photos that I could post on here for you all to see and help me out in my quandry. I love the bike, but £1,750 and an unknown quantity, engine was smokey when it ran for about one minute, when it was collected.

There again, I suppose that as I paid £7,000 for it 8 years ago. extras that I did were, fog & spot lights. muffs, crash bars, stubby pipe, wally flaps, top box, pannier frames. ????????????? Stressed.
