2006 Engine Cover

There's a 2006 engine cover on eBay and a question for you more knowledgable amongst the forum is will it fit on my 2004 GS?
my engine cover is a bit foley and trying to find one to replace it with without spending too much,

Probably not, when my 06 cover was replaced it took three attempts to get the right one.
