2006 R1200GS rocker cover and spark plug torque settings

I just wondering if someone knows the above question please as I cannot find a relabel answer,

Valve covers (tighten in diagonally opposite sequence)
10 Nm ~(7 ft-lbs)

Spark Plugs (threads free of oil/grease)
23 Nm ~(17 ft-lbs) or an easy stop and about 1/8th of a turn or so... Just don’t gorilla them in like the last who worked on my bike did...
