Me again. Right indicator switch has died. I had this on an oil head and assume it’s the little switch that has gone. Anyone have a replacement part number or link for same? I don’t want to replace the entire switch gear! Thanks.

Not sure if you can still get the individual switches , and they are a fucking pain

Tiny is not the word

Look at the bigger picture

19 years from the original unit

Spend the money knowing your going to get another 19 years

At 145 plus I think not!

and gives a supplier part number of:

Distrilec 135-83-143

This it?

Guess I’ll take the switch gear apart next week and watch the tiny springs fly! Maybe it’s just gummed up!!

Just off the phone to motorworks and they sell the microswitch, so i'll get a couple of those.

Anyone any idea how to actually take the indicator switch apart to change this thing? Havn't found anything yet and I'm wondering what the trick is to splitting the switch gear! I assume there are some hidden plastic catches or something? Thanks

Replacement fitted along with new tabs do the handguards are rigid again.

The switches are just momentary sealed microswitches, the last time I had one fail on me I bought a few from RS or Farnells. Not had one fail since.

Motorworks sell them too but I had the option of a full housing that had be sacrificed for Spares.
