Does anyone know what the reason/fuss is behind some organisers not normally allowing these tyres in the events ???

Such tyres can do a lot of damage to the land which is why some organisers will not allow them or will charge an extra fee or add a time penalty

AC10s do not conform to the dimensions for FIM/ACU enduro tyres so should not be used in ACU events ,in reality it is difficult for scrutineers to check the tyres of 150/200 bikes so many organisers now allow them.

I recon she'd manage it even if i couldn't Did a bit off road yesterday and she's very good in the dirt. not bad fer a big ol girl.

Posted my entry off this morning and my Airhead has a new set of AC10's fitted with mouses... However I have the Dawn to Dusk first so that will knock the edge of them ;-)

I hope to have had the Airhead prep'd for the HL by the Cambrian so this will be the bikes shakedown event after which it will be cleaned and treated with care till March the 7th.
