2008 1200GS colours

I quite liked the matt slate metallic at the NEC and I think the slate or the silver work better with the silver boomerang. However one of the other two colours (orange-blue) is apparently also showing strong sales.

I'm interested in people's opinions on the new 1200GS, so please respond if you either
- have already ordered one, or
- are thinking of it.

the orange sounds funky, something I would consider if I was changing...which I'm not....

I ordered one,Then cancelled it when i got trade in price ,Wil hold on to mine for a while yet

Very personal thing colours, have to say the matt finish of the grey looks great on the bike and sets off the contentious boomerang.

IMHO all colours are horrible ! I ordered Matt Slate which is the less worse colour (looks like an army bike...) and I really regret my old red GS12...

When BMW will propose nice colours ?????

I was hoping to get a new version of this but BMW prefer orange and blue!

As I've not been able to use the file attachment I dread to think what I may have attached to this thread so I'm going for a lie down!
