2008 Electra glide

So we have the radio to fix/change which has the fuse pulled at the moment. The inner fairing to paint and some rusty engine fasteners, plus two internal chain tensioners which are not on a service schedule but need changing about 40k miles? Any guesses on how much should I budget?

Also Autotrader has a 2011 1690cc Glide with 39k miles up for £9,500, which seems very cheap. How much better is the handling with the 2009 later frame? and is the bigger engine that much better?
 
Post 2009 are a quantum leap….but….the old ones you can learn to love… the 96” doesn’t suffer from tensioner pads the same way the 88”…
