2008 model - standard suspension settings

am away from home on the bike at the moment travelling single so me at 80kg plus panniers and box full of clothes etc. bike manual is at home so can anyone tell me the standard settings from the manual for what my bike is carrying. non es by the wat.

the bike has a slight weave so the existing settings cant be right.

what should the tyre pressues be? mine are 2.2 and 2.5 at the moment.

I'd put them up to 2.5/2.9 bar or 36/42 psi in old money.
 
If memory serves me correctly rear preload is 10 clicks in from fully out as standard base setting, damping 1 1/2 turns in from fully out. Front preload is 1 or 2. Start from there and go harder bit by bit and see how it goes. If you have Varios they are bloody heavy when empty never mind loaded up. You might need both wound up to max on the rear if you have standard unit with a few miles on it.
 
Previous post is correct I think but standard front preload is step 2.

I have just had a fiddle with mine in preparation for a trip in July. I found upping the front to step 3 helps, the manual says use 3 for fully loaded and 4 or 5 for off-road. Also wound the rear up to 20 clicks and set the shock damping a bit harder.
