2008 NT Update DVD

Well mine arrived this morning but when going through the routine to buy the unlock code $75 + tax, it failed with the message "invalid amount".

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what did you do to get an unlock code?

IIRC went through mygarmin.com and that unlocked it ok.

Yes, I got the same message, I phoned Garmin (UK) and they completed the update over the phone and took my money. I just have to make sure I haven’t been charged twice on my next CC bill.

I've just gone through the same problem, same issue 'invalid amount'. Mind you, I think I've tried it a few times, so iId better check my Credit card bill
What telephone number did you use for Garmin UK? In the past I've spent hours trying to get anyone to actually answer the phone. I've sent the requested e-mail, but I suspect that goes to the States.

I always use the contact number in "my Garmin" the UK number has always been answered within a couple of minuets.
