Looks good Trev.............. but. As were just throwing ideas around/bouncing ideas off each other....... are you sure about inviting everyone to camp next to the busiest road in East Anglia
Ive got a new tent ( which i need to use before our first do) but i also have a trailer tent with a huge awning which im prepared to offer up for use for us as E.A.H.Q for the weekend.
Are you gonna do a poll for the names ?

I went past tonight , im sure youve been past millions of times , but it is right next to the A11. just a nagging doubt in the back of my mind
What does everyone else think. ?

Fret not chap. Date is on it's way. We just need the nod from BHT as we hve to fit in with other events which have precedence.
It's very hard to find suitable venues - the Angel looks fine for a first go. Self-contained, amenable and easy to find. If we get a good turnout then we can be a bit more ambitious next time.

Spoke to Martin at Lind....
.....about the Boxer Beet Bash today.
He was pretty enthusiastic and said that Lind would be interested in supporting (and attending) the event.
