2011 f650gs crash bar mounting frame plugs

I have recently bought 2 off f650gs twins
I am trying to swap the crash bars from one bike to the other but i am struggling to remove the threaded mounting bungs fitted into the frame tubes that have engine mounting bolts in them. Just below the dummy tank area.

Any ideas

If these are GIVI engine bars, they use expanding cones to hold the engine bars upper mounting bolt spacer in position without having to removed or change the original engine mounting bolts.

If they are the GIVI type, to removed them, re-fit mounting bolts at least 3-4 threads and bang the head of the bolt to push the inner cone back, allowing the spacer to be removed.
